1. About HotelKart

HotelKart is a B2B e-commerce platform operated by V.S. Industries, an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer and supplier of hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, and institutional goods. We serve hotels, resorts, hospitals, government institutions, and bulk buyers across India.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful business purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or quote requests.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website's functionality.
• Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or redistribute our product listings, images, or content without written permission.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products are sold on a bulk/B2B basis. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and will be communicated during the quotation process.
• Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in the official quotation or proforma invoice.
• Product images and descriptions are representative. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing updates or custom specifications.
• GST, taxes, and applicable levies will be added to the final invoice as per Government of India regulations.

4. Orders & Quotations

• All orders begin with a Request for Quotation (RFQ) submitted through the website or via phone/email.
• An order is confirmed only after the customer receives and acknowledges the proforma invoice from V.S. Industries.
• Order confirmation requires an advance payment as specified in the quotation (typically 50% advance).
• V.S. Industries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or cheque as agreed in the quotation.
• Balance payment is due before dispatch unless a credit arrangement has been pre-approved in writing.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Any bank charges or transaction fees are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

• Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Once production has commenced on custom orders, cancellation may not be possible, and advance amounts may be forfeited.
• Order modifications (quantity, specifications) after confirmation are subject to availability and may affect delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of V.S. Industries / HotelKart and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

V.S. Industries shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
• Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
• Inaccuracies in website content due to technical errors (though we strive to keep information current and correct).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HotelKart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
